Holiday Inn Tuban
The Holiday Inn in Tuban is one of our favourite hotels in Bali. The rooms are spacious and well designed for kids, right on the beach , the staff are amazing and it has our favourite Bali restaurant !
For those that like to be right in the middle of the hustle and bustle it might not be the best location for you, its around a 15min walk up the beach front to the Kuta area, or you can easily catch a taxi if you don’t want to walk. We enjoy the walk so it suits us.
We stay in the Studio Garden Room which has a separate kids area with bunk beds, playstation console/tv and a sliding door. Its fantastic for the kids to have their own little area which means we can put them to bed and they aren’t distracted by the noises and lights. The rest of the room is spacious and the balconies are lovely with great furniture to relax on.
The breakfast and restaurants are amazing – they even have a little kids buffet with animal shaped eggs, muffins and healthy options. The kids LOVED it ! There are fresh to order pancakes, omelettes, eggs you name it, they have it. Our favourite restaurant in all of Bali happens to be at this resort, and is called ENVY. It has bean bags, lots of grass for the kids to run around aswell as live entertainment on certain days. I cannot come to Bali without ordering a Nasi Goreng and Spring Rolls here. The staff here are also so lovely and love running around with the kids.
The pool itself is a great size, with a swim up pool bar , volleyball net and a great ledge over one side for the littler ones to sit on and play. They also have a great shaded kids pool right next to the adult pool. The staff will often come and play soccer with the kids around the pool area or volleyball. There is also some great cabanas that we managed to get every morning seeing as we were up so early , a great spot to chill with the little ones !
The Kids club is fantastic ! Lots of scheduled activities and programs including fish feeding, craft activities, movies etc – My kids love going here and last time we hired a nanny for $5 an hour to come and watch our baby in there. They also took him to a sleep room that is adjacent to the kids club for his naps.
The spa here is also incredible ! My daughter went and had an amazing massage together which was very affordable and looked out onto the ocean. Was absolutely amazing!
We highly recommend this resort for those with young families aswell as couples, we have stayed here 3 times and will defnitley be back 🙂
